The security deposit varies by apartment sizes and feel free to discuss it with our leasing agent. Unlike the application fee, the security deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you the month after you move out less any costs associated with damages, cleaning, or unpaid rent.

A written 30-day notice is required to end your lease. Example: your lease ends on 1/31 and you wish to vacate that day. We need to receive your written notice to vacate by 1/1.
